Do you export walnut and almond saplings internationally?
Yes. Zirve Nursery regularly exports certified grafted walnut and almond saplings across Europe, the Balkans, Central Asia, and the Caucasus. We provide all official phytosanitary export certificates, customs origin documentation, and international shipping clearance.
How are the saplings packaged for long-distance international freight?
For bare-root saplings, roots are thoroughly pruned, treated with moisture-retaining protective gel, packed in sterilised damp peat moss/sawdust, and tightly wrapped in UV-resistant protective stretch film. This ensures the saplings remain fresh and 100% viable for up to 3 to 4 weeks in transit.
What certification do the saplings carry?
All saplings produced at Zirve Nursery are officially inspected and certified by the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. We provide both Blue Label (high-tier clone certified) and Yellow Label (standard certified) tags guaranteeing 100% true-to-variety genetics and disease-free health status.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for international orders?
For international wholesale and container shipments, our recommended minimum order is 500 to 1,000 saplings. For smaller boutique trial orders, please contact our export department directly via WhatsApp or email for custom logistics quotes.
When is the ideal planting and shipment season?
Bare-root sapling export takes place between November and April during the plants' dormant vegetative resting period. Potted (tubed) saplings can be safely transported and planted throughout all 12 months of the year.
